Refund Policy

Thirty-day returns, no interrogation. If your five isn't for you, send the band back within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'd rather you be honest with yourself early than keep a thing you won't use. Reach out and we'll make it easy.

Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Condition

Returns are accepted whether the band is opened or unopened. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we cover everything, just send a photo to shop.rio.ai@gmail.com.

Return shipping

For a standard change-of-mind return, you cover return shipping. For a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it. There are no restocking fees.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund within 7 business days; it typically appears within one billing cycle depending on your bank or card issuer.
