Definaire is a cosmetic massager intended to temporarily affect the appearance and feel of the skin. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Results are temporary and vary by person. Nothing on this site is medical advice; consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or metal implants in the face.

Intellectual property and your content

The site's content is owned by Definaire or its licensors. If you post content (for example, a review or photo), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with the brand.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Definaire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Arbitration and class action waiver

Please read this carefully. It affects your legal rights. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and you and Definaire waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Small-claims matters are excepted. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing shop.rio.ai@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out." Opting out will not affect any other part of these terms.
