The short version: Definaire is a cosmetic massager for the look and feel of your skin. It is not a medical device, and nothing here is medical advice. Use it the way the quick-start card describes. If you join the gel auto-refill plan, it renews on its own until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in a couple of clicks. The full terms are below.

About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchases from Definaire. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change over time. The price you see at checkout, plus any sales tax, is the price you pay. There are no hidden service, processing, or convenience fees. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was listed in obvious error, and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these terms. It covers shipping times, costs, the 30-day return window, and refunds.

Subscription Terms (gel auto-refill)

Our conductive-gel auto-refill plan is optional. You only join it if you choose it at checkout. Here is exactly how it works, in plain terms.

It is your choice to start. You join the auto-refill plan only by selecting it yourself at checkout. We never add it for you. If you do not select it, you are buying a one-time order with no subscription.

What you get and what it costs. When you join, your first gel is free with your order. After that, we send you a fresh conductive gel on a repeating schedule and charge the card on file 19 US dollars for each refill, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping on refills is free.

How often it renews. Refills ship and bill automatically every 8 weeks, until you cancel or skip. This is an automatic renewal: it continues on its own, at the price and timing above, with no further action from you, until you tell us to stop.

Checking your next refill. You can ask us for your next refill date and amount at any time and we will confirm right away. Email hello@definaire.com and a real person will help.

How to skip, change, or cancel, anytime and easily. Email hello@definaire.com at any time to skip a refill, change the timing, or cancel the whole plan, with no fee and no phone call. We will take care of it right away and confirm by email.

To stop the next charge, please cancel or skip at least 2 business days before the renewal date shown in your reminder email. Canceling stops all future refills and charges. It does not refund a refill that has already shipped, though our 30-day return policy still applies to any gel that arrives unopened.

Price changes. If we ever change the refill price, we will email you first and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Product nature and disclaimers

Definaire is a cosmetic massager meant to temporarily affect how your skin looks and feels. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Results are temporary and vary from person to person. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or metal implants in the face, talk to your doctor before using the band.

Your content and ours

If you post content such as a review or a photo, you give us permission to use it in connection with the brand, and you keep ownership of what you post. The text, images, and design on this site belong to Definaire or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties and limit of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent the law allows, Definaire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid for the product in question. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the last-updated date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
