Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order, always. We send tracking the moment your order is on its way. Most orders arrive within about 1 to 2 weeks. No minimum, no math, no "spend $X to unlock" games.

Processing and transit

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 1 to 2 weeks from the day you order, and you'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. If anything will take longer, we will tell you.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders. There is no minimum and no added handling, service, or processing fee. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we will notify you of the delay, give a revised shipping date, and offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a full and prompt refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at shop.rio.ai@gmail.com and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
