Subscription Terms
Definaire's gel auto-refill (subscribe-and-save) is launching soon. When it's live, these are the terms. Your enrollment in auto-refill is voluntary and is never a condition of buying the band.
What it is
An optional auto-refill for the Definaire conductive gel, so a fresh tube arrives before you run out.
Price and frequency
When live, gel auto-ships at $19 per refill (about 21% off the $24 one-time price), on a cadence of roughly every 8 weeks. By enrolling, you would authorize Definaire to charge your payment method $19 per refill until you cancel.
Cancel or skip anytime
You can skip a shipment or cancel at any time, with no fee and no phone call, from your account or by emailing shop.rio.ai@gmail.com. We send a reminder before each renewal.
No lock-in
Any conductive gel works with the Definaire band. The subscription is a convenience, not a requirement, and it is not a condition of purchasing the device.
Price changes
If the refill price ever changes, we will notify you in advance and, where required, obtain your consent before the new price applies.
